This module about Ethics Deontology and Compliance with standards has the main purpose to learn graduated students in Master on how to behave in their student life and later on in their professional career. Student will learn what is wrong and what is right and accepted as it is the first pillar to build the right personality for future leader.

Ethics is a fundamental to deals on how students and societies/ markets/ industry/research should behave. It is the study of moral principles that govern a person's behavior or the conducting of an activity and the principles that should guide our actions. It has influence over the decisions we make and the actions we take, from our personal lives to our professional careers. In this module we are bringing ethics into your studying mindset that will help you approach situations in a more ethical way and prepare students for market labor or research field. It is the basic to practice any profession in addition to deontology that produce a right and well performing person. It helps to understand standards and why to comply into it. we will learn the fundamentals of standards; why and how it was created and why it is compulsory to meet it by showing the impact of non-compliance and the consequences.
